With the addition of a USB magnetic Card/Check reader and or an optional USB Pin pad, all credit, Debit, Gift/Loyalty cards and checks can be scanned or electronically captured on-line or at the point-of-sale. This replaces the traditional credit card machine which requires double entry of the payment information in both the terminal and the financial or practice management system. Over the Phone Keyed Transactions
When working with a customer on the phone, the user can collect the remaining balance on the customer account with a credit card, debit card or check by keying in the card or check data. If the merchant has previously processed at least one payment from the customer, the card or check information can be retrieved and securely used to create a new transaction on that same credit card or check.

EZ Pay Authorization Transaction
This feature is designed for medical practices. Often times the patient's insurance payment will not cover the entire balance of the patient's bill left after the co-payment is collected. EZ Pay is a transaction authorization type that is added to the initial co-payment transaction that permits the medical office to charge the credit card, debit card, or check a second time, within 90 days of service, up to a predetermined amount to cover the unpaid balance left after the insurance payment has posted. Using EZ Pay on every co-payment transaction ensures that the medical office is paid 100% for their fee for service reducing patient billing and write-off.

Recurring Transactions
Our virtual terminal allows the setup and management of timed recurring payments to a customer's credit card, debit card or checking account. Customer balances can be paid over time with monthly or weekly scheduled electronic debits.
